The IAC Eitanim- Dorot program vision is to empower Israeli-American and Jewish teens in Tampa Bay to develop leadership skills, workforce readiness, and a strong sense
of identity and community.
Through hands-on projects, volunteering, event management, and mentorship, teens will gain real-world experience while leaving a visible impact on the entire Tampa Bay community.
EITANIM-Dorot is more than a series of workshops: it builds proud, capable, and innovative Jewish-Israeli-American teens who lead with purpose, connect across generations,
and leave a mark on the community.
