Eitanim - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our programs, organized by IAC. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Cancellation Period:
Due to the recruiting process and the nature of the program, participants are eligible for a refund only if the request was submitted one week before the first session of the program.
Refund requests submitted after that date but before the date of the second session will be eligible for a 70% refund. Refund requests made after the date of the first session are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Process:
To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, please contact the relevant IAC Regional Director via email or email eitanim@israeliamerican.org. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Change of location and time:
IAC reserves the right to change the time and location of the program due to unforeseen circumstances such as security concerns, program requirements, emergencies or other reasons. In the event that the program time or location is moved permanently, IAC will notify the participants via email. Participants will have 5 business days to respond to the email and cancel their registration to receive a partial refund for the number of sessions remaining. IAC reserves the right to change the time or location on a one-time basis due to the reasons listed above or other reasons. In that case, participants will not be eligible for a refund.

Program Cancellation:
In the event that IAC cancels the program, participants will be notified via email and refunds will be issued in full. If possible, IAC will offer the participants to join a similar program at a nearby location.

Transfer of Enrollment:
Enrollment in the program is non-transferable, and registration must be completed individually by each family for their child.

Expected Behavior:
All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards facilitators, peers, mentors, and experts throughout the program. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, and any type of disruptive, disrespectful or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to exclusion from the program without eligibility for any refund for the program.

Processing Fees:
Processing fees may apply to refund requests. Participants are responsible for covering these fees, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Dispute Resolution:
For any payment-related disputes, participants are encouraged to contact us via the emails listed above or to reach out to our Regional Director for prompt resolution. We are committed to addressing concerns regarding payments efficiently and effectively.

Non-Attendance to the Program:
Failure to attend the program does not entitle participants to a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise causing individuals to be unable to attend. However, it’s important to note that considerable financial resources are invested in preparing and facilitating each program. These funds are allocated to venue booking, materials, staffing, and other essential aspects to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

Exceptions:
Non-eligible refund requests may be considered for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, considering the reasons for cancellation. Please contact the local IAC regional director via email or email eitanim@israeliamerican.org to submit a refund request. Additional documents may be required.

Confirmation of Understanding:
By enrolling in IAC programs, participants acknowledge and agree that they understand and agree to the terms of this refund policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding our refund policy.
