Amir Hadar is an entrepreneur, civic leader, and philanthropist whose work spans healthcare, real estate, and Jewish communal life in North America and Israel. He is Co-Founder and CEO of MLM Hearing, LLC, a leading hearing healthcare platform with nearly 200 clinics across the U.S. and Canada. In 2019, Amir successfully exited Belsono Management Group, one of the nation’s largest hearing care networks, in an unprecedented deal within the industry. Beyond business, he serves as Executive Director of NJ–Israel Relations and Senior Campaign Advisor on Israeli Affairs for Republican gubernatorial candidate Jack Ciattarelli, and has long been active with the Israeli American Council (NJ Council), Israeli Scouts/Garin Tzabar, and numerous Jewish institutions in New Jersey. He has also recently been invited to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Rabbinical College of America. Together with his wife Naama, Amir established the Hadar Family Foundation, which supports educational and philanthropic causes in the U.S. and Israel. A proud Israeli-American, he resides in Mendham Township, NJ, with his wife and their four children, two of whom are currently in college in Boston.
