You are invited to an evening of support to provide you with specific tools to strengthen personal resilience and emotional regulation.
We will talk about what mental resilience is, how you build and strengthen resilience, and what are the components
of personal, family, and community resilience. Also, guiding principles and practical tips will be given to help you
deal with the current situation during these difficult times.
The meeting will be led by Dr. Itamar Shapira, a specialist in psychiatry at the University of Texas at Austin (UT),
and Dr. Inbal Kleinerman, a clinical psychologist, child care specialist, and owner of a private clinic in Austin.
This event is in partnership with the Jewish Family Service (JFS).
The event is free, but registration in advance is required.
