A lawyer by training, Hezy is the founder of INCEPTIV, a specialty PE firm focused on backing independent sponsors in illiquid asset classes in the US. Prior to forming INCEPTIV, Hezy was a Managing Director and the head of First Republic Bank’s private investment program. Hezy arrived at First Republic through the acquisitions of Luminous Capital, an LA-based firm in which he was a partner. Hezy has three kids and lives in Greenwood Village, CO
