Documentary screening: ‘Speer Goes to Hollywood’

Join us for the screening of the 2020 Israeli documentary, ‘Speer Goes to Hollywood’ at the West Newton Cinema. The movie tells the story of Albert Speer, an architect and a good friend of Adolf Hitler who served as the Minister of Armaments and War Production of Nazi Germany from 1942 to 1945. It is a tale about Albert Speer’s 1971 attempt to whitewash his past with a Hollywood adaptation of his bestselling wartime memoir, ‘Inside the Third Reich’. At the end of the screening, we will host a conversation with director and producer Vanessa Lapa and producer Tomer Eliav.
