Put into the maps: Hollywood Reservoir Trailhead
Directions to the start of the trail: From the 101 Freeway exit on Barham Boulevard and drive north for 1/3 of a mile. Turn right at the light onto Lake Hollywood Drive. Take this winding road for half a mile up to the intersection with Wonder View Drive and continue down Lake Hollywood Drive for a quarter mile to the trailhead gate.
Park your car on Lake Hollywood Drive just to the north of the reservoir and look for the entrance on the west side of the road.
You will see the IAC Six Million Steps stand at the entrance to the trail and will receive instructions on how to participate in the campaign.
This easy and flat trail is about three miles round trip and takes you around the perimeter of the Hollywood Reservoir. The trail takes approximately one hour to complete. However, participants don’t have to complete the whole trail, and may turn back whenever they like.
